Deforestation

This kind of traditional farming is what is well know as cut and slash method and is mostly practiced in the northern part of Zambia. People use the system very much because it is the cheap way and method to nutralise acidic soil for growing crops such as finger millet. But hence the action leave a devasted area of deforestation at a very large area.
