Floods
Floods are a very devastating phenomenon in Chad, mainly in the region of Logone occidental during the wet season. They render roads unusable, delay the beginning of the school year and cause several diseases like malaria, cholera and many others.
The population of Moundou has to make traditional roads to enable circulation. During the wet season, floods do a lot of damage in Moundou.
